Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the okjll Platform in any capacity — whether as a registered Player or as a visitor — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your okjll Account. Continued use of the Platform following any posted amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings between you and okjll with respect to the subject matter hereof.

Eligibility

To register an Account and use the okjll Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming participation in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or officer of okjll, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or excluded by okjll and had your account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not listed on any government-issued exclusion register applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.

okjll reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Where a Player is found to be under the age of 21, all winnings will be voided and any deposits will be returned at okjll's sole discretion after deducting any amounts already wagered.

Account Registration & Security

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the okjll Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or related payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes abuse of the Platform.

When registering an Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.
• Keep your Account credentials — username, password, and security questions — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify okjll immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.

okjll will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from okjll that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the okjll Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, USDT, and Bitcoin.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your okjll Account balance within the processing time indicated for your chosen payment method. E-wallet deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically instant. Bank transfer processing times may vary depending on the sending bank and time of transaction. okjll does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal exceeding the applicable minimum threshold can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, as a fraud prevention measure.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• okjll reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to approving any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Processing times for approved withdrawals vary by payment method. okjll endeavours to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes communicated in the Platform's FAQ section.

okjll is required by Philippine law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). By using the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to such reporting obligations.

Bonuses & Promotions

okjll offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players aged 21 and above who have a verified okjll Account in good standing.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per Player, per household, and per device or IP address, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed within any stated validity period before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category are specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• okjll reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already claimed it, the Player's existing bonus position at the time of withdrawal will generally be honoured, subject to the original promotion terms.
• Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through collusion, creation of multiple accounts, or exploitation of software errors — will have their bonus voided and may have their Account suspended.

Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the okjll Platform — including live casino titles from Ezugi and MG Live, slot games, sports betting markets, sabong, and bingo rooms — are operated in accordance with their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface.

okjll is committed to fair gaming. Slot and RNG-based games use certified random number generators (RNGs) independently tested and audited by recognised testing laboratories. Live dealer games are operated in real time by trained dealers under camera surveillance and streamed in HD quality.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on okjll's servers, the result recorded on the server shall be the authoritative and binding result. okjll maintains detailed logs of all game outcomes for audit and dispute resolution purposes.

okjll reserves the right to void any bet that was placed after an event outcome was already determined, placed using information not available to the general public, or placed through a technical error that resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okjll Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, winnings voided, and funds withheld pending investigation:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to layer or integrate proceeds of crime.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through the creation of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or any technique designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Hacking and exploitation: Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the Platform's software, databases, or security systems.
• Underage gambling: Registering or allowing access to your Account by any person under the age of 21.

Intellectual Property

All content on the okjll Platform — including but not limited to the okjll brand name and logo, website design and layout, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of okjll or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without okjll's prior written consent.
• Use any okjll branding, trademarks, or logos in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform by automated or manual means for commercial purposes.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of okjll intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okjll, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, winnings, or profits resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues beyond okjll's reasonable control.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by third-party game providers, provided okjll has exercised reasonable due diligence in selecting and monitoring those providers.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Any decisions made by you based on information published on the Platform, including odds, game rules, or promotional terms.

okjll's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to their okjll Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits okjll's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

Account Suspension & Termination

okjll reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Receipt of a chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the Player without first attempting resolution through okjll's support channels.
• A Player's own request to close their Account, including self-exclusion requests submitted through the Responsible Gaming tools.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, okjll will endeavour to communicate the reason and expected timeline to the Player via the registered email address. Where an Account is permanently closed for breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of voided bonus winnings and investigation costs may be returned to the Player's verified payment method at okjll's discretion.

A Player who wishes to voluntarily close their Account in good standing may do so at any time by contacting the okjll support team via live chat. Pending withdrawal requests will continue to be processed following Account closure.

Responsible Gaming

okjll is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Players. We provide the following tools, accessible directly from your Account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to help manage your spending.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play to encourage regular breaks.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period of six (6) months or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires.

Amendments to These Terms

okjll reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, okjll will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email to the registered address and/or a prominent notice displayed on the Platform.

The effective date of any revised Terms will be clearly stated at the top of the document. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. okjll recommends bookmarking this page and checking it whenever you use the Platform.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and okjll, both parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith through direct negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory body under PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework, or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

For disputes concerning individual bet outcomes, okjll's game logs and server records shall constitute primary evidence. Players may request access to relevant records pertaining to their own Account by submitting a written request to the okjll support team.
